Triumph – 90 Days to Rebirth the New You

You want more. You want to experience yourself in a new way. You want healing.
You know you are meant to experience more from your life than you are currently experiencing.
But you just can’t seem to get control of that thing. That One Thing. Or maybe it’s two. Or three. But you know the Thing.
I had the Thing. For most of my adult life.
For me, the Thing changed over the years. It was a real shapeshifter. Sometimes it was men. Sometimes it was food. Sometimes it was “recreational” drugs. Sometimes it was booze. Sometimes it was credit card abuse and reckless spending.
At one point of my life, in my mid-twenties, it was even shoplifting. I did it almost every day. I could not stop. I was out of control. Until I was arrested with my then two-year old daughter in tow. Talk about rock bottom shame. I was scared straight. I never stole again. But trust me, I found another thing.
I know what it is to struggle with demons. And I know what it is to break free.
That thing is the thing that you have tried to control. You’ve tried to manage it.
You’ve worked and worked to make it work.
How do you know if you have a Thing?
You know it’s your Thing if you continue to hold on to it, in spite of its negative consequences in your life.
You know it’s your Thing if your attempts to control, manage, monitor, and “make it work” have failed.
You know it’s your Thing if thinking of your life without it terrifies you, yet feels wildly (or mildly) intriguing.
You know it’s your Thing if its consequences seem to be growing in size, or your dalliances with this Thing seem to be progressing, becoming more expensive, more frightening, more dangerous or consuming, and you find yourself concerned or worried about this Thing’s place in your life.
You know it’s your Thing. You just know.
This thing is consuming and powerful, and you feel your own personal power slipping away as this thing seems to be gaining strength.
It is sucking your strength.
You might feel powerless. And right now, maybe you are.
It’s time to take back your power.
Are you ready to break free?
On the other side of this Thing is Everything You Want. Your freedom. Your joy. Your success. Your happiness. Health. Intimacy.
And a life free of secrets and shame.
“Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.”
-Anonymous
Especially when battling your Thing.
It’s exhausting, I know. One reality burns out of control while the reality you work so hard to present to the world stays in tact. It’s convincing. You’ve gotten really good at wearing masks, at hiding the truth, at managing to keep your life together.
“Everything’s fine!” You convince the world. You sometimes even convince yourself.
But truth is, everything is not fine. You’re exhausted. You’re empty. You hunger so deeply for change. You want different. Yet you keep experiencing more of the same.
I’ve been there.
And right now, you know, deep down inside, just like I knew, that until you truly deal with this Thing, you will never have the freedom you so desperately yearn for.
I relate.
I had created my own prison, year after year, and I was stuck there.
Do you know this feeling?
I am excited to share with you that there is another way.
You CAN break through. You CAN be free. The war ends here.
More exciting news… there never was a war to begin with, and everything, even this Thing, has led you to here, to this perfect moment, the NOW, and it’s time.
But here’s another truth. We don’t heal in isolation. We are not wired to break through on our own. We need one another. We thrive when being seen, when being supported, when being held accountable.
Without others in on it, we will falter, we will fizzle, we will fail.
I’ve seen it again and again.
I’ve lived it, again and again.
This has made ALL the difference in the world for my own Triumph.
And this is why I have created a brand new private coaching program inspired by my own personal Triumphs, and ignited by the conviction I have to help you experience yours.
I’ve been a life coach for more than ten years, it’s always been my most important and fulfilling work in the world, and now, my work has never been more personal.
I invite you to experience with me what it is to Triumph, finally, over the Thing that has held you back. And when you realize that the Thing hasn’t been IN the way, but has actually been the way, you can alchemize your entire life, and turn it into gold.
I can help you.
My unique 90-Day Triumph Private Coaching Program simultaneously approaches four critical areas. I strongly feel one without the other is flaccid and ineffective. From day one, we focus on…
  1. Clearing – aka, fully-supported abstinence. For the length of the 90 day program, your desire and willingness to experience full abstinence from your Thing is the goal. Through abstinence, one day at a time, self-trust is rebuilt, paramount for this work. The self-trust that has been damaged, as you’ve struggled with this Thing is recoverable. What would it be like to trust yourself completely? Want to find out?
Real transformation is far more possible with a designated and determined period of abstinence. It may be just for these 90 days, or you might love the way you feel so much, you decide to stick with it as a lifestyle. No need to fuss over that now. You can decide that later. Either way, what have you got to lose?
My guess is you’ve probably tried a hundred times, in a hundred ways to moderate or control or manage. How’s that been working out? I relate. What I strongly believe is that the best and easiest (and perhaps ONLY) way to control or manage your Thing is to stop inviting it to bed. At least for 90 days. You can do anything for 90 days. Accountability and consistent support exponentially increases success.
  2. Healing – Abstinence alone is like a band-aid on a gaping, infected wound. Your Thing has been a comfort, a medicine, a way of treating what hurts. It was effective, until it wasn’t anymore. Let’s work together to identify the sources of pain that got you to this point of numbing, medicating and checking out. We’ll “go in” and do the work together, providing real healing to your body, mind and spirit. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
  3. Discovery – As you clear and heal, you will discover a brand new version of yourself. In some ways, it’ll be like reuniting with an old friend. In other ways, it’ll be like meeting a stranger. You may discover parts of yourself you had lost, interests, passions, and some of your very best gifts and qualities. And yeah, you may discover some shadowy parts you didn’t know were there, having worked so hard to hide them, even from yourself. This happened for me.
Parts of you will be reborn and parts of you will be brand new, awaiting your discovery. That’s why I’ve purposely sub-titled this program “Rebirth the New You.” It’s a little of both – rebirthing and brand newness. Again, you’ll be supported every step of the way. You won’t be alone.
  4. Creation – You will be amazed at the space that will open up in your life, even simply through abstinence or sobriety. Relationships feel different. Old past-times won’t appeal to you anymore.
You will be different. Your cells will be reorganized. And you’ll discover inner spaciousness unlike anything you’ve known. You’ll have access to more energy, time and creativity. What will  you do with these newly accessible inner resources? While clearing space, you’ll be simultaneously drawing in the nourishing, nurturing, loving choices, activities and people to create a life that soothes you.
